Coextrusion exterior film trims for outer Waist Seals

Simplified application of ornamental elements in chrome or similar onto the outer waist seal. That was our customer‘s request.

In accordance with our claim to SIMPLIFY, our R&D-team developed a safe and cost efficient method, that can on request coextrude exterior film trims inline.

This is fast, uncomplicated, time saving, weight saving and raw material saving, all at once.

We are proud to offer this technology since 2015: One more innovation for us and another step towards simplification for our customers.

Also, we are proud to announce that a valued customer has given us the confidence to design and manufacture this product for one of their new models. Currently we are in production startup.
